Terms of use

This User Agreement is addressed to any capable person who has reached the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the User) on the conditions set forth below. If these conditions are contrary to the interests of the User, we recommend that you refuse to continue using the site and the Platform.

• The zapi.com.ua website is used to describe the functions of the zapi.com.ua Platform, related services and submit requests for cooperation.
• The Administration grants a non-exclusive license to use the Platform, as well as provides related services at the selected Tariff.
• The User uses the Platform in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the selected Tariff.
• To use the Platform, the User enters into an agreement for the provision of services.
• The user is solely responsible for the safety of his username and password.
• The administration is not obliged to provide technical support to the User until the conclusion of the contract and the provision of services.
• The platform is integrated with various services, including analytics services, payments, mailings, payment systems. The platform only provides the ability to access services. All issues related to the use of third-party services are regulated by the documents of such a service and are resolved between the owner of the service and the User on their own.
• The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Platform and services.
• The Administration does not give the User any explicit or implied guarantees regarding the Platform and services.
• The Administration is not responsible for: the impossibility of using the Platform for reasons beyond the control of the Administration; any actions and / or inactions of service providers, services, networks, software or equipment; security of the User's login and / or password;
• The Administration is the copyright holder of the Platform and its components.
• The non-exclusive license is limited to the «right to use», and none of the provisions of the agreement means the transfer to the User of the exclusive right to the Platform.
• The rights to the software code of the Platform, including the layout, belong to the Administration.
• A non-exclusive license is granted for the period, region, domain name, trade name specified in the agreement without the right of transfer, issuance of sub-licenses.
• Using the Platform, the User has the right to: use the software complex, which includes the branded Site, Application, Administrator Panel; modify, copy and delete the Database of its users;
• When creating a branded Site, the User provides images, icons, texts.
• By providing the Content for uploading to the Platform, the User grants the Administration the right to store and process the Content in order to fulfill the contract, including to ensure the correct operation of the Platform, the absence of failures, and other things.
• The User guarantees that the Content does not violate the rights of third parties.
• The User is solely responsible for the Content posted on the Platform.
• The user is not entitled to: use the information received during work, violating the interests of the Administration, make changes to the program code of the Platform without the consent of the Administration; transfer, copy, carry out activities under a different Trade name and in a different region than specified in the agreement; use the Platform in ways not expressly provided for by the contract; make attempts to circumvent the technical restrictions set by the Platform; advertise goods and services not provided for by the provisions of the contract; take any actions to hide the identifier «work on zapi.com.ua» if it is not stipulated in the contract.
• The Administration provides the User with services for: providing and supporting the Platform for carrying out activities in the field of electric transport rental, with the registered Trade name and in the region specified in the contract;
• Tariffs are indicated in the supplementary agreement when concluding the contract.
• The Administration has the right to change, modify and update the Platform without the consent of the User; independently post the identifier «work on zapi.com.ua» on the User's Platform, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• The platform processes the personal data of Users in order to execute the Agreement in accordance with the requirements on personal data. The procedure for processing and protecting personal data is determined by the Privacy Policy.
• The Administration does not collect, store and process personal data collected by the User on the Platform provided to him, but only transfers to use the computing power that can be used by the User to collect personal data.
• If the User processes personal data of third parties, the User is solely responsible for compliance with appropriate measures to protect the personal data of users, including in terms of obtaining appropriate permits, posting the necessary documents and information on the Site.
• In the event that the Administration presents claims, demands and / or claims for violation of the rights of third parties related to violation of the guarantees given by the User, the User assumes obligations to settle them and compensate the Administration for damage in case of its occurrence.
